Community Development - Planning Division

The Planning Services Division of the Community Development Department provides a wide variety of long-range urban planning services for residents and property owners that help shape the future of the City of Beaverton.

Planning Services staff work with members of the public through public hearings, presentations, open houses, neighborhood association meetings, and other civic gatherings. Staff also participates with local, regional, and state agencies on land use issues to develop long-range growth policy.
