The following proposals have been submitted to the City for development review, annexation to the City, Development Code Text Amendments, Land Use Map and Zoning Map Amendments, and Comprehensive Plan Amendments.
Click within a neighborhood boundary on the map below to see projects within that neighborhood or select category from project category list below.
Note: This map is a simplified illustration that is not intended to show exact boundaries. It is only intended to provide clickable area for users to get to a specific NAC. In addition, NAC boundaries may not be the same as City boundaries. For more information, view City limits maps or detailed NAC maps.
Information is posted under the Neighborhood Association Committee (NAC) in which the project proposal is located. City-wide proposals and annexations are listed under the "City-wide Projects" or "Projects not within a NAC" section. If you do not know which NAC you belong to, view the Beaverton NAC Map:

Notices contain descriptions of project proposals, the location of the project proposals (if applicable), the dates on which decisions will be made, and state the procedure for appealing a decision.
Staff Reports for most proposals requiring a public hearing are available seven (7) days in advance of the hearing date. Staff Reports involving Comprehensive Plan Amendments will however be available thirty (30) days prior to the hearing date while Staff Reports involving annexation will be available fifteen (15) days prior.
For development related proposals, a copy of the written Decision on the application will be posted to this Web page. In such cases, the written decision will be in the form of an unsigned Land Use Order featuring the City's determination on an application. This document will also contain the findings and conditions upon which the approval is contingent. Decisions that do not involve a specific development related proposal are likely to feature a less formal Notice of Decision.
The Vicinity Map details the area and identifies the specific site affected by the proposal. Development Code text amendments and Comprehensive Plan amendments which are not typically site specific will not offer this feature.
The Site Plan shows the proposed site with location of buildings and structures, points of access, interior streets, driveways, parking areas, etc. Site plans will only be provided for applications that are site specific in nature.
