The Mayor’s Beaverton SAFE program "Seniors Aware & Fighting Fraud Effectively" is an aggressive senior citizen outreach and education program to alert senior citizens to the dangers of different types of financial fraud targeted toward seniors. The program has three main fraud prevention components: a public education campaign, a volunteer investigation & enforcement effort, and a combined business & community outreach effort to help protect seniors.
