Energy Pricing

Since the BCP began providing services in 2002, heating and cooling charges have increased only 3% per year. This is in stark contrast to increases in local utility rates for our area. The benefits of stable pricing go directly to all those who live and work at the Round. Lower operating costs not only build value for homeowners, they also reduce business operating expenses, providing a competitive advantage to the businesses served.
