Following a program established by Los Angeles and the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA), the City of Beaverton has launched its own CERT Program called “Beaverton Ready” maintaining the principals of the FEMA course but tailoring it to provide practical application to the residents and businesses of Beaverton.
