Picnic in the Park (2008)

Mayor Rob Drake and the Beaverton City Council are once again sponsoring the Picnic in the Park series. The picnics give citizens the opportunity to speak with the Mayor and City Councilors in an informal manner and encourage participation in neighborhoods.

All residents are encouraged to attend. The Picnics in the Park are designed to give people a unique opportunity to communicate with their elected officials.

The City provides hot dogs and beverages and the entire family is welcome! Many of the City’s programs will have tables set up to provide information on City services. Neighborhood Association Committee (NAC) representatives will also be in attendance. Call (503) 526-2543 if you have any questions about these events.
