2014 Human Rights Recipient to be announced at the January 13, 2014 City Council Meeting at 6:30 pm.
Second Home will be recognized as the Human Rights Award recipient at the City of Beaverton’s City Council Meeting on Tuesday, January 13th at 6:30 pm in the Council Chambers. Reception before the presentation to be held on the 5th Floor of The Beaverton Building – Columbia River Room at 6:00 pm.

The recipient of the 2011 award was the Beaverton Literacy Council.
The purpose of this award program is to recognize and celebrate outstanding accomplishments and commitment by an individual, community organization, business organization, and/or nonprofit group, in the area of promoting advocacy and protection of human rights, diversity and cultural understanding in the City of Beaverton and our local community.
