To obtain police records, $12.00 will be assessed for each police report requested. Please note that we only accept cash with exact change. Requests take 5 to 10 business days to process & you will be required to show proof of your identification when picking up your report.
To submit your
Police Report Records Request Form, bring it to the Police Records Division located on the first floor of
City Hall along with your records fee. You may also call (503) 526-2260 if you have additional questions concerning record requests.
Accident Report Requests
The Beaverton Police Department Records Division uses Docview, LLC to place traffic accident reports on the internet. The Docview Accident Report System was selected to serve as our traffic accident insurance and citizen request technology. Docview charges a $6.00 convenience fee for this service which is added to the $12.00 cost of the report.

Citations
To obtain a copy of a citation, $4.00 will be assessed for each citation requested.
Your request can be made in person or by calling the Records Division at (503) 526-2260. Requests take 5 to 10 business days to process and you will be required to show proof of your identification when picking up your citation.
Good Conduct Letters
To obtain a Good Conduct Letter, $6.00 will be assessed, cash only & exact change. The letter will only include information related to the City of Beaverton jurisdiction.
