Celebrate Beaverton - Cultural Festival

2014 video filmed and edited by Sambaran Chatterjee

About the Festival

The festival is a free, fun, family-friendly event showcasing our many cultures through music, dance, interactive activities, food, art and more! The event is meant to inform, entertain and foster curiosity learning and fun as we celebrate Beaverton's racial/ethnic diversity.  In 2014, more than 9,000 people attended Party in the Park, many of whom came especially for the this event.

Last year, over 50 exhibitors and 11 stage performers from local cultural groups and organizations  showcased crafts, music, dance, art, traditional dress, food and more!

The event now in it's fifth year will be held on Saturday, July 25, 2015 at the THPRD Howard M. Terpenning Complex (158th & Walker Road).  Hosted by THPRD's Party in the Park

Interested in participating?  Check back soon for the online exhibitor, kid's and culture area, and stage performer application.

Want to be a food vendor?  Please visit THPRD's Party in the Park site for information on food vending opportunities at the event.
