About the Manual & Standard Drawings
The updated Engineering Design Manual and Standard Drawings were adopted in Ordinance 4417 on January 23, 2007. Ordinance 4417 became effective on February 22, 2007.

A hardcopy of this manual is available for purchase for $20. Please call the Engineering and Surveying Services Division at (503) 526-2342 if you would like to purchase a copy.
