Traffic Impacts

City of Beaverton and Baker Rock begin the overlay of Hall Blvd from Hart Rd to Allen Blvd on August 19 – October 11, 2010.

  • Bus Pads: August 23 – August 26
    Minor traffic impacts, localized to the bus pads only. Tri-Met has already been notified and alternate bus pick-up locations will be provided.
  • Video Detection System: August 30 – September 1
    Traffic impacts at Denny Road and Hart Road intersection only.
  • Grinding and Paving: September 8 – September, 14
    Major traffic impacts, North and South bound lanes will be closed, but through traffic will always remain to one lane in both directions.
  • Mounting Signs and Erosion Control: September 19 – September 20
    No traffic impacts, localized.
  • Manhole Adjustments: September 27 – October 1
    Minor traffic impacts – localized
  • Striping / Traffic Markings: October 7 – October 11
    Minor traffic impacts, works goes quickly, but lanes will be closed and traffic will be moved over to accommodate the striping process.

The City’s Construction Crew will commonly work 5 days a week during normal working hours of 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Construction activities will accommodate for morning and afternoon drop-off and pick-up times for school children.
