The Oregon Small Business Development Center offers counseling, training, information, and technical assistance to small businesses in all industries. Their focus includes feasibility, business plans, financing, marketing/sales, administration, and problem solving.
SCORE is an all-volunteer organization of retired and working professionals. They provide free mentoring, counseling, workshops, and small businesses in all stages.
Small Business Administration
The Small Business Administration is an independent agency of the federal government created to aid and protect small business concerns. They offer assistance with loans and financing, and access to online databases and courses.
The Northwest Connectory is an online database that connects buyers and suppliers of goods and services in the Pacific Northwest. The service is free for businesses to join and use.
Oregon Business Council
The Oregon Business Council is dedicated to identifying and promoting the development of industry clusters in Oregon. They offer networking opportunities, peer-to-peer counseling, and referrals to expanding and high-growth businesses.
Oregon Entrepreneurs Network
The Oregon Entrepreneurs Network assists emerging, growth-oriented businesses in Oregon and the Pacific Northwest. The organization offers workshops/seminars, one-on-one counseling, financing assistance, and an online business resource library.
