As always at our events the health and safety of our community, staff, and volunteers is our top priority.
It may be that events look a little different this year but we are working proactively with emergency and safety management as well as the CDC and OHA to reduce the risks of COVID-19 transmission while continuing to offer small in-person events.
How we'll be keeping you safe
We'll be doing everything we can to keep you safe on the day of the event, here's how:
We have a dedicated staff member on site to monitor and ensure adherence to COVID Safety guidelines
We will be monitoring the event and limiting the number of people on-site in accordance with CDC and OHA specifications.
Event organizers will remain vigilant by ensuring appropriate cleaning regimes are in place and adhered to, taking extra care to maintain and promote hygiene practices throughout the event, and by making sure that people who are unwell do not attend/remain at the event.
All attendees and staff will be required to wear a mask or face covering
Hand sanitizer will be provided
Social distancing will be required and event staff will carefully manage shared spaces to ensure physical distancing is maintained
What you can do to keep safe:
If you have any symptoms of COVID-19 or have been in close contact with someone that has symptoms please do not attend the event. Check your symptoms here.
Please respect social distancing before, during and after the event
Keep your face mask or face covering on at all times and maintain social distancing
