Electronic Submittal - As of March 4th, 2019 the city is now processing all Building Division applications and permits electronically.
All submittals must include a Transmittal Form and follow the Electronic Document Submittal instructions, so that documents can be accurately assigned and routed for review. Over-the-Counter plan review times (Sign-in): 7:30 a.m. to 9 a.m. or 1:30 p.m. to 2:30 p.m. weekdays. Please submit all electronic documents at least one day prior to arriving at the front desk to meet with a plans examiner.
Transmittal Form - Include a transmittal form with all submittals. Clearly list all documents being submitted.
