Income Eligibility for CDBG Programs and Projects

CDBG funds must serve persons with household income that is no more than 80% of the Area Median Income (AMI). Beaverton uses the HUD provided Portland Metro Areas AMI, which changes annually between March and June. Below is a table that outlines incomes by percentage caps of 30%, 50%, 60%, and 80%.
