Electronic Plan Review Fee Payment


No application is accepted, processed or placed in a queue for review until the plan review fees have been paid.  

To avoid delays in your project, please have the payment processed as soon as possible. Plan review fees are determined by a fee table and the value of the project.  Our permit technicians can help you with determining the fees. You can contact the permit technicians ahead of an e-submittal to obtain the plan review fees. Or, once you have made your initial submittal, the permit technicians will email you with the plan review fees, or contact you if they need additional information. It is important to provide the correct contact person for fee payment information.

Making payment:

  • Mail or bring in a check
  • Complete and fax (503-526-2550) or bring in a credit card authorization form (do not email), or call in to our permit technicians with credit card information.
