Projects Under Construction:
Patricia Reser Center for the Arts
The Patricia Reser Center for the Arts will be a world–class multidisciplinary arts center in Beaverton Central District providing more access to arts, entertainment, and educational programming for residents and visitors. The project is led by the City of Beaverton and a capital campaign to raise the remaining funds for the center is being led by the Beaverton Arts Foundation. Once completed, the space will house a 550-seat performance theater and host traveling performances, a visual art gallery, and business, civic and social events. Construction for this project is being managed by Skanska and they have provided their project updates below.
Beaverton Central District Parking Garage
This public garage in the heart of Beaverton Central is being built to accommodate the growing parking needs of Downtown Beaverton. The space will feature six floors of parking, approximately 7,000 square feet of new commercial space, and public art by regional artists. Funding for this garage comes from the Beaverton Urban Redevelopment Agency (BURA). Construction for this project is being managed by Skanska and they have provided their project updates below.
Hyatt House Hotel
Supreme Bright Beaverton is constructing an urban-style five-story Hyatt House Hotel with 125 business suites on the southwest corner of SW Rose Biggi Avenue and SW Crescent Street. The hotel will include a lobby bar, board room, guest kitchen, podium patio and fitness center. A separate 2,600 square foot destination restaurant will have direct access to the street.
