Somebody dumped oil in the catch basin. What can the City do about it?
Please call the Public Works Department immediately at (503) 526-2220. Our Municipal Code Compliance Program officer will deal with the violation. The maintenance section will need to investigate the downstream effects and clean up if the responsible party is not willing to deal with the problem immediately.
