Beaverton Municipal Court has several programs that allow drivers to complete educational classes or “fix the ticket” instead of having to pay the presumptive fine for the citation. There are costs associated with these program but they are generally less expensive than the presumptive fine on the ticket. See the list below for the various program requirements. With the exception of the distracted driving offenses, most citations will be dismissed and will not appear on your driving record if you successfully complete the safety program.
