BEAVERTON, Ore. – Tell us your thoughts about Beaverton’s future by taking a brief survey about visioning goals and priorities. What makes a city a good place to live? What do you want the city to look like 10 years from now?
The Visioning Advisory Committee (VAC)—a volunteer group comprised of Beaverton community members who lead visioning efforts—is currently doing outreach throughout the city to receive your feedback. The survey will be available online throughout September.
Take the survey at https://bvtn.info/august2021.
“One of the things I love about living in Beaverton is that everyone’s voice matters,” said Brian Powell, VAC Chair. “This process is about coming together to shape Beaverton in ways that enable everyone to thrive.”
Beaverton’s Community Vision identifies community-inspired actions the city will work on during the next decade. The 2016 plan included five goals and 104 actions. The current Community Vision will include an 18-month process and is expected to be complete in 2022.
